What this is

You cannot steer what you cannot see.

Menlo InnerWorks is a private workshop for people who want to change how they live, not just how they feel for an afternoon. It is built on a simple idea: you cannot steer what you cannot see. Each path makes one part of your inner life visible, daily, and then gives you a twelve-week structure to change it.

The three paths share one rhythm. Every day, a few minutes. Every week, a short review that turns the days into learning. At ninety days, an artifact you made yourself: a lab report, a Pattern Manual, or a Transformation Report. Nothing is graded. Everything is measured, by you.

One membership, three paths

Lead with the one that matters most right now.

Your membership includes all three. You pick one to lead with and can switch any time; the other two stay one tap away.

Critical Drop

One finish line. One drop a day.

A 90-day path from a clear finish line to a daily step you can actually complete.

Three to five minutes on active days, ten minutes once a week, and the honesty to mark a drop blocked instead of pretending.

Mountain Mirror

See the loop before it runs you.

A nightly two-minute practice that makes self-sabotage visible, then optional.

Two minutes a night, one honest answer, and a willingness to be kind to the person who repeated the loop today.

Expanded STAR

Six inner variables. One living system.

A daily two-minute reading of your inner system, and a twelve-week plan to expand it.

Two minutes a day, ten minutes a week, and three honest assessments. The assessment on day one takes about ten minutes and is the foundation for everything after.

How ninety days works

One rhythm. Three movements.

Every path shares the same shape, so the habit you build in one carries into the next.

Daily

Under three minutes. One drop, one question, or one reading.

Weekly

Ten minutes to look back, with a partner or a mentor if you want one.

Day 90

A document in your own words about what changed and how to keep it.

Weeks 1–4

Know

See clearly before you change anything. Baselines, patterns, first drops.

Weeks 5–9

Expand

Work the one variable, pattern or milestone that is holding the rest back.

Weeks 10–12

Live

Make it yours. Finish early if the evidence says you are there.

With people, not alone

Structure is easier to keep when someone can see it.

Accountability partners

Invite anyone by email. You decide what they see: drops, Star trend, weekly review, mountain. Never your notes.

Mentors

Ask for one from any page. A mentor sees only the people assigned to them, with a brief that respects your privacy.

Live sessions

Group calls and announcements appear on your Today page when they are scheduled.

The Guide

An AI companion that knows all three paths and your own data, helps you see yourself clearly, and never edits your plan without asking.

Who it is for

You will feel at home here if…

  • You have one goal you keep postponing and want a path that actually ends.
  • The same thing keeps stopping you and you are ready to look at it without shame.
  • You want to understand your inner life as a system you can work on, whatever you believe.

Universal by design

Every practice here is described in plain language, rests on research you can check, and echoes what contemplative traditions across cultures have taught for centuries. You do not have to believe anything to use it. You only have to look honestly, and keep looking.

What it is not

Menlo InnerWorks is not therapy or medical care. If you are in crisis or carrying something heavier than a habit, the Guide and your mentor will point you to real help, and we would rather you got it.
